Dr. Farah is amazing and very caring to me and my husband. I have been coming to his practice for over 10 years. I’m very pleased with the office and staff. Tara, at the Conviva Wellness Center gets 10stars!! I really enjoy the facility and all the people I have met there.
Transferring from Jupiter Conviva to Palm Beach Gardens Conviva was one of the best things I ever did. The office on military trail With Cathy, Dr. Farahmandfar (Farah) Is so different so personal so efficient and I am very satisfied With all of the staff there, I love the office and on top of that the wellness center is my place of salvation. I have gone here for 22 yrs. Staff are really great. They work hard to accommodate you. I see Dr. Farah who has been great. When I moved to a close by city that has a Conviva center much closer, I have chosen to stay at the Palm Beach Gardens location. Update 4/2025 still agreat place. Tara is really great.
