I went to see if they could clean my wedding ring for me. I was able to leave it there and go run errands. When I came back, they had cleaned it and it looked like a brand new ring! They even checked all the settings for me. I would highly recommend this jewelry store for cleanings and repairs!
This ring was an inherited piece from a great-great-aunt who was married in 1941! I’ve worn it now as an engagement ring for 27 years and it needed some fixes. The band was eroding some of the prongs were loose. I am so pleased with the finished product and I look forward to wearing and 27 years and passing it down! Customer service was great. They gave me several options on how to fix it and I felt no pressure to decide. Very pleased and will return!
