The doctors and med staff are actually are caring, professional, and very helpful. However Ms Mitchell at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t represent the whole clinic.
Had an emergency root canal needed while on leave. My dentist coordinated for care. Day of, all needed personnel had the priority of training. Had to be referred to another clinic then outsourced to civilian care. The initial dental crew that received me for assessment were professional.
