If I could give a lower score I would. I was working with a lender who wanted to use the property tax assessed value for the mortgage value. I gave a list of Appraiser for which Brian Aucion was one. Brian was about a week late in providing the report and sent the report directly to the lender. That wasnt an issue, the issue is that he didnt send one to us the mortgage brokers and we couldnt advise the borrower to accept the mortgage as we didnt have all the facts to make that reccomendation.
