I've been a resident here for 9 years the one and only person that has occupied this residence I Appreciate My privacy. I have rented the Clubhouse for Many Years Now to Enjoy My Holidays with Family. Thank You Patricia Harvey
As a resident I can say this one has problems not found in many years of living in public housing and in privately owned apartment complexes. The exterior is nice, the apartments themselves are okay, rental rates are the best but !!!!! - in the past 7 years there has been a revolving door of maintenance men. There have been major problems with black mold and mildew (confined to the first floor) and electrical issues, which may go without repair. Nice place
McCay Senior Garden in Oneonta is not what it appears to be. Rarely have maintenance. Things notthings done in a timely manner. Very bad management even when on site. Think twice before moving here.
