I had my braces done in the Grove City office in 2007. My permanent retainer along my bottom teeth became slightly loose over the weekend (and was carving up my mouth). I called the Butler office Monday at lunch and they got me in Tuesday afternoon in Grove City and fixed it for FREE. They take care of their clients, past and present. 5 Stars.
We love Dr. McCaskey and his team! They make it easy to provide your children orthodontic care with an all-inclusive in-house payment plan. They hold optional challenges each month to win gift cards and support good dental hygiene. They go above and beyond with everything and are very involved with surrounding communities. I'm so glad they were recommended to us!
Was a patient there as a teenager and recently went back for a fix up. Couldn't ask for a nicer person or nicer staff

Dr. McCaskey and staff have shown great provision to my orthodontic journey since the 1990s, when I had most of my work done as a teenager. I have tremendous trust in their orthodontic work and now in 2024, I still see the office every few years for retainer appliance maintenance. I am very grateful and at ease by their attentiveness to detail and concern, making sure I'm in good shape. Thank you, Dr. McCaskey and amazing team!
