NOT TO BE TRUSTED – WENT IN FOR STATE INSPECTION. THEY DID DAMAGE TO ENGINE TO TRY AND ENSURE THE NEED OF FUTURE REPAIR. I GUESS THAT'S HOW THEY GUARANTEE JOB SECURITY FOR THEMSELVES INSTEAD OF JUST PROVIDING QUALITY SERVICE.
