We've been using Kim for years for our property management company. He has been our go-to guy for all our plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs. He services all 140 of our apartments and houses. 10/10 recommend.
Guys showed up in a timely fashion to fix a water line issue and got it repaired very quickly.
In the middle of latest extreme heat wave our central air completely quit working. They were able to repair our old system the next day. Very professional and didn't waste time telling us that our air conditioner was to old to repair.
