Mcarty did not seem to have time for us. He sent an informal unofficial email to my 3 family members telling them who he was letting them know i wanted to take over as trustee for the family trust. Because we had all discussed it prior to hiring Mcarty, they responded in agreement immediately. Our son was on his way home from a fishing trip.He got two tickets1 in wyoming and 1 in utah . they said no insurance . he tried to deal with them himself . They gave him the run around . we called McCarty Perry . They had it all taken care of in no time . THANKS GUYS YOU ALL DID A GREAT JOB
