Called for a quote on a Thursday and John said he would call me back the next day (Friday) never heard from him. One week later I called & left him a message regarding said quote, again, no call back. Called again the following day & finally spoke to John, he rambles off a quote from 2 different Insurance agencies (which was the 2 he mentioned from the 1st day I spoke with him) never “look around” like he said he would. Horrible agency, no follows ups even for potential customers & unprofessional.
The service from this agency was so poor that I feel compelled to write this review. I was trying to renew homeowners insurance for my 100-year-old father who had been a client of this agency for years. Since the insurer, Adirondack, was going out of business at the end of 2024 and his policy expired in October, I began the process with the agency of looking for a replacement homeowners policy. My email is not answered promptly. Sometimes, I need to follow up more than 3 times, and take more than 2 weeks.
I have been very happy with John Verrino and MVR so far, gave me very good insurance quotes.
