Agree with the others. The crux of the matter is he simply doesn't seem to know his job.
There was so much misinformation in my appraisal. Ive had many appraisals done over the last 18 years and this is the only one with so much misinformation. He no showed our first appointment wasting half my day waiting for him and I took that day off from work. He still has not responded to me for several weeks. I paid $525 for an appraisal for my veterans refinance mortgage and I'm appalled at this level of unprofessionalism. I can't refinance until this appraisal is corrected and it was done a month ago at this point
