RecommendedI've been going here since they were Duncan Brothers. Thaddeus and Chris have never steered me wrong. They let me know things are getting close to needing repair or maintenance. I'm on the road 8-10 hrs a day and they keep my vehicles running smoothly.
RecommendedToday I went in for an inspection and oil change. Herb at the counter was very kind. My car did need 2 new tires, but Herb took the time to SHOW me why I needed the tires, instead of just telling me I needed them. I am very pleased with my service here, and will definitely be back! my wife just came in your store for tires and your sales person at the counter stood there and bullshitted with a customer for 10 minutes meanwhile ignoring that he had a customer (my wife) waiting. she got up and left.

RecommendedExcellent experience - quick, friendly and efficient service. We were vacationers driving on Rt. 15 when we ran into some car trouble. The employees at McCarthys were extremely empathetic to our circumstances and considerate of the time and distance we had yet to travel. Despite our unexpected arrival, they fit us in promptly and had the issue cleared up in no time. It's a comfort to know that there are still businesses out there that aren't just in it for a profit, but strive to help people with sincerity and compassion. :)

These kind men took my car in right away, pulled out 2 nails and patched it up quickly! They were so very kind and courteous and I truly appreciate their help.
