It's 3 am and these guys not willing to send a technician to repair my pinched tire nor have a tire size for my trailer ! The lady on the phone refused to send email to my company to tell them exactly what she said over the phone! I hope we will end the contract with McCarthy forever. Both people who answered the phone seemed sleepy and didn't know what they were saying at 3 am.Stay drunk folks
