Perfection in a mechanic. I never thought I would be able to say that, but I’ve never had such a smooth pleasant experience with a mechanic. We had a little accident in a recent ice storm with an older car (2006 Volvo). I was sure she was a goner, but McCarthy tire had us back out on the road quickly and without any headaches. The alignment is perfect and they threw in our new headlamps without even charging. I was in town with my son for the Cooperstown experience and my brakes went out. I called around and no one could help me out. Finally, someone told me to call over to Tom at McCarthy Tire…so I did. He asked me to bring it by and he’d look at it. He not only fixed my issue quickly but charged a very fair price and was very accommodating to a guy in town wanting to watch his son play ball, not deal with brake line issues.
