Having worked for many Dealerships in the great Charlotte area, and having been an Insurance Adjuster for many years, I know when people are honest or not. I was recommended to this shop my my CPA. When I I needed my car inspected, I knew it would not pass due to the brake light on the dash being on. They could have changed me for any 'fix.' The mechanic told me it just needed sone brake fluid-no charge! I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like these guys deserve it. I took my car in for new brakes only to be told I have another 25-30,000 miles left on my current pads. Most places would have just charged me the $ and moved on, but these guys were honest about it, thus earning a customer for life. I'm glad they are right outside my neighborhood! Lucky me! I came in with a simple request and willing to pay for the work done. I needed my Full size spare tire to be used to replace a near bald tire. The spare is located under my car. to get to the spare you need to open the hatch, The hatch is broken. I asked if I could access it through the inside? I was told NO the you MUST open the rear hatch to access the spare. He then tells me all he can do would be to place a brand new tire on my car for $100.
