Amber in the service department was fantastic. I've been avoiding dealerships in fear of getting ripped off, but she had no interest in pressuring me or doing anything except making it a quick and easy experience. I will definitely be going back and asking for her help when my Subaru is in need of maintenance!
They will sell you tires that are about to dry rot and say nothing about it. Don't listen to whatever they say dot wise. Dot is for rubber hardness safety. Dry rot overrules that

The website showed a price, when I contacted them they said the price was $700 cheaper than advertised, so I thought GREAT! I show up and the radio doesn't work. I sit down to see what can be done and they tell me the price is $4000 more than what they tell me it is and that I can pay that price or they can take a little bit off and not replace the radio that was advertised as working in the first place. Would not shop here.
These people are so friendly. From the time I called the service department to the time I interacted with the people. We were in the waiting area and every few minutes someone came in and asked if everything was good. And the waiting area has the best coffee I've ever had and they had so many snacks and they make you popcorn! You will not regret buying your car from these people and the the service after that.
