Took our Subaru in for first oil change last week. Upon returning home noticed my maintenance schedule in my car had not been updated. As I was not sure if this should have been completed at dealership I called and asked. They said it should have been updated by tech. I asked if someone could call me to walk me through update procedure. Response was they would have a service advisor call. Two days later still waiting. Really like the dealership just a little slow on follow through
Great group of guys in their service department. We'll worth the visit. Appreciate them very much.
