Everyone was amazing to work with, Carlton sent me videos of the vehicle, to everyone walking me through the whole process!!! Not to mention they are delivering my new Crosstrex to South Dakota!!! I cannot express how happy I am with the whole experience!
DO NOT!! DO NOT!!!!! DO NOT!!!! my car spent six days at the shop untouched before I decided to move it to another dealership. I moved it to another dealership because I realized that they were trying to defraud my warranty company for almost $7000. They lied to me. They lied to my warranty company and I got hung up on multiple times. BEWARE
