Marcelo and the team did an excellent job on repairing our Mitsubishi Pajero. While we waited weeks for other businesses to respond to our quote requests, we saw a great Google review for McCarthys and within a fortnight, Marcelo had quoted and completed the job! Great service, great work, great price and completely lives up to the positive reviews.
I took my new Mazda to McCarthy Smash Repairs after someone reversed into it with a tow bar. Marcelo and his team went completely above and beyond, giving me honest, sound advice and making the entire process from start to finish incredibly easy. The workmanship is flawless and of the absolute highest quality. The Mazda looks brand new again! If your insurance policy allows for a preferred repairer, then this is the place to take it. I highly recommend Marcelo and his team for their professionalism, honesty, and outstanding ... read more
Marcelo is absolutely amazing! We’ve used him previously and recently had to take our Hyundai in for repairs after an incident through our insurance. The car came back looking absolutely amazing, you honestly wouldn’t know it had ever been damaged. Marcelo is so approachable, professional and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. Nothing ever seems too difficult, and he always does whatever he can to help. We couldn’t be happier with the service and the finished result. I highly recommend Marc... read more
Best mechanic in Australia, we had an urgent situation and Marcelo was able to completely fix it same day. Highly recommend!!

However, there are still a few missed spots with paint debris/dust left on the painted door. The staff are nice people, but their workmanship was far from pr... read more
