Had a rattling Boiler Flue, which should have been secured at the time of the installation. Eventually got them back and they charged me £100 to correct their own mistake. I have only just found out from another Company the Flue Bracket should have been fitted from the outset and he said I should never have been charged for the work. Asked for a refund from Ashley McCarthy, had no reply, so will contact Gassafe, to report this. Have all the evidence I need. Ashley and his team are great! They are friendly, professional, have a can-do attitude and clean up after themselves - what more could you want? Nothing is too much trouble for them. They give great advice and help you save money with some very creative thinking. It's not easy to find reliable tradesmen but I can recommend McCarthy Plumbing & Heating and wouldn't use anyone else
Ashley and Cy replaced our very old boiler system entirely with a modern one with excellent problem solving skills. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and tidy, even our baby slept through their work in the room next to them. 10/10 thanks!

We were having some issues with our boiler and we used this service which came highly recommended by multiple people. They were quick and efficient and I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly which was idea with me working from home. They were professional and the repairs were made in good time. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for plumbing and heating services
