Great service. I called as I had a persistent and tricky issue. Tee came out and was super thorough. Leak is now fixed. They estimated the fee ahead of time which was very helpful. Great communcation from admin prior to and following our appointment. Highly recommended!
What a great service - quick to respond to a request for assistance on a Monday morning. Keanan was a very capable and friendly guy, took the time to listen to my requests for both corrective and preventive maintenance, and then spent the afternoon sorting it all out. From ‘problem’ to ‘problem solved’, all in one day. Thanks Keanan and the team!
Very responsive particularly as I had to change the original time due to ill health. Nothing was a problem & Lochie B was so easy to deal with & genuinely interested in resolving our various issues. Highly recommend
The McCarthy pluming group replaced our collapsed storm water pipe….from the early steps of providing a scope of works along with quoting the job through to booking the excavation equipment & fitting in with our young family & home/work life they were absolutely amazing.
