Dr. McCarthy really takes the time with you. She can be trusted to do the very best for you. She does not rush and she treats you like you are important. There are not many like her out there.
The doctor is good and knows her stuff but there’s no way you can see her on time. Be prepared to wait 2-3 hours. I had to switch doctors because I could not take a half day off of work everytime I had an appointment for my pregnancy
I'm surprised that the reviews on here are not good for Dr. McCarthy. I had a great experience with her. She explains everything clearly to me, which I love. Some doctors use medical terms and assume that you understand these terms to the extend that they do. I find that extremely unhelpful. I always learn something new every time I see Dr. McCarthy, and I enjoy learning new things. Please do not go here. The staff is awful, they are so rude and un welcoming. The doctor was the worst. She made me so uncomfortable and was absolutely rude. She Actually raised her voice at me for trying to answer her question .... she was condescending and demeaning. I don’t know how she’s even doctor. The whole process was painful and it wasn’t normal because I previously had a gynecologist back home so I know exactly how it’s supposed to be. I ran out of the place as fast as I could.
