This was an awful 5 year experience period.
My daughter got her braces through Shasta Orthodontics. She had them on for 26 months, and had them removed in April. The treatment process was smooth and they did a good job. My main complaint is billing. Billing- To have her braces removed, they said I could pay $715 to have them removed and once they receive the last payment from insurance, they will reimburse me.
