I needed a new retainer, and found Dr McCarthy to be knowledgeable and very personable. Very pleasant bedside manner, and I felt enough trust after just 1 visit that I asked her for dentist recommendations. She even gave me information for ordering a low-cost night guard from an online company—LOVE that!
This was an awful 5 year experience period.
My daughter got her braces through Shasta Orthodontics. She had them on for 26 months, and had them removed in April. The treatment process was smooth and they did a good job. My main complaint is billing. Billing- To have her braces removed, they said I could pay $715 to have them removed and once they receive the last payment from insurance, they will reimburse me.
