Excellent service again at McCarthy Ford love those guys and girls
I used to have a decent rating for McCarthy Ford, but the ball has been dropped too many times. The only positive remark I have is that you can get in quicker than some other dealer shops. The service writers have almost no interpersonal skills. Every time I've used this dealer, there is something to deal with after. One time they forgot to rotate my tires. One time they didn't use the oil I asked for. They performed a recall for my door locks that were freezing, but the door locks froze again the same day when I got home. I... read more
