I was basically pleased with the experience. They not only provided me with a ride home & picked me up when my car was ready. The repair work was done very professionally & my car looks great. The only complaint I had was that they did not tell me initially how busy they were & how long before they could get around to working on my car. Fortunately, I have another car & could be without the car that needed repair.
I was charged for a part that I didn't need. It was a sticker which they didn't even put on but they left on the dashboard and when I asked for a refund I still haven't heard anything from them in over a month
