Susan and Lauren were extremely helpful in getting my new windshield ordered, replaced and recalibrated. We had a small hiccup along the way but they contacted me immediately and were very flexible and professional at handling the situation. I am a little weary of using dealerships for services as I’ve had bad experiences before, but they were a joy to work with!!
The best customer service I’ve experienced to date. I had the pleasure of working with Lauren who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She listened and truly took the time to help me. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family to come here!
We were having a decent experience until the end. (Despite them not getting started on my car for over a week and not even bothering to call to tell me they’d been waiting on insurance the whole time) When my husband went to pick up my car that was finished being repaired, they said it had no gas and told him we “really shouldn’t have brought it in empty.” Rude. 1.
