Jason was outstanding from start to finish. Being 66 years old and not having to file a claim with another person's insurance for the last 30 years, things have certainly changed. Jason took the time to explain the process and kept me up to date on what needed to be done. On the days that he was off, his associate Payman answered all of my questions and returned my phone calls keeping me up to date on the repairs and the claim process. I had someone rear end me and needed body work on my newer Genesis GV80. I went through insurance and the whole process was absolutely seamless through McCarthy. Communication is huge to me and they made sure I was informed every step of the way. My car came back looking back to factory new and I’m pleased with my whole experience here. I recommend everyone go here and I’ll definitely be back if I have to get body work done in the future.
My car looked so good when I got it back today. Thank you to Jason for all his help getting my car fixed. The staff is great their too. Very friendly and helpful. This is a great body shop.
