First time customer here- and will be a repeat customer as long as we have carpet 🤣! Reasons why I will use them again- they did a fantastic job, fair priced, went over a couple areas a second time for no extra cost, educated me on a number of things (toxic vs non toxic products, what a carpet abrasion is etc). Areas were fully dry by the next morning with use of fans. There was ZERO smell, which I’m a fan of. Five stars.
I hired McCarthy Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets in the home I just rented, and I’m so grateful I did. The previous renters had cats and there was a strong odor, but Rick did an amazing job. He even used an oxidizing spray on the baseboards. The carpets look brand‑new and there’s absolutely no smell left. His prices were affordable and fair, communication was excellent, and he was professional and polite from start to finish. Thank you, Rick!
Very exceptionally professional service for a very reasonable price. Always reliable, fast, friendly, thorough carpet cleaning. My highest recommendation.
