I was in to have my 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid repaired in the Collision Center. Dan Brehm and Amanda Duffer were awesome to work with. They were very knowledgeable! Made me feel like they were truly concerned about my needs and safety. With as much damage as my car had sustained I didn't want to drive my car any longer. I bought a BMW 3 series from McCarthy Nissan in early October. Robert Cole, the salesman who worked with me, lied to me about the warranty. He stated that it was a 'certified' vehicle. Turns out, only BMW dealerships can certify a BMW. I did not misunderstand him like McCarthy claims I did, my boyfriend was with me the entire ordeal and he heard Robert say the same thing.
