I was in to have my 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid repaired in the Collision Center. Dan Brehm and Amanda Duffer were awesome to work with. They were very knowledgeable! I bought a BMW 3 series from McCarthy Nissan in early October. Robert Cole, the salesman who worked with me, lied to me about the warranty. He stated that it was a 'certified' vehicle. Turns out, only BMW dealerships can certify a BMW. I did not misunderstand him like McCarthy claims I did, my boyfriend was with me the entire ordeal and he heard Robert say the same thing.
