Our friend used to own this business but the current owners bought it from him about 20 years ago. Still a very reliable and honest service!!
You know how you can't trust a mechanic. Well, this one you can. Sal is the best, never pushes for anything extra, and I find him super honest. I even called him when I had car trouble out of town and he helped me over the phone. Quick service, and all together a great experience.

With all the competition and false advertising out there it is very difficult to choose a legitimate repair facility. Many of them claim a lot of different statements that never turn out to be true. Thankfully I found Sal before I was ripped off and scammed. McCarthy Automotive made my car drive better than ever before. If it wasn't for Sal I would have probably spent a ton of money elsewhere. I am not the type to leave reviews but my experience was so great that I had to. Thank a bunch Sal!
It is so hard to find a honest repair shops, so I am so happy to write that I found Sal at McCarthy Automotive in Burbank. My sister took her car there and after telling me how little she paid for a her brakes I was willing to give them a try. I took my aging car there, first I was realy impressed by how clean his shop was then I go in to his spotless office with a beautiful, compfortable and cozy waiting room, nice music with a little water fountain that realy calmed me down and I was able to get alot of my work done on the... read more
