While in Mobile awaiting a shuttle on a unusually very cold morning a member of our group was suffering from a medical situation brought on by the cold,upon hearing of the situation the owner offered one of his vans for her and my 91 year old mother to stay warm. When our shuttle did not show up they drove our group 15 miles to our vehicles at no charge.Unfortunately I did not catch the drivers name but she was instrumental in adverting what could of been a much more serious medical situation.Speaks volumes to me about this ... read more
