Overall I've had a good experience servicing my alfa guilietta veloce here. Over the years I have noticed high staff turn but the company seem to hold key staff who carry things forward and keep the place functioning in a good way. If it wasn't for these people to lead the team I think it would be a different experience altogether. This service centre is very inconvenient for me to get to distance-wise and work commitments but I feel my car is in better hands here with experienced work shop team. Always fantastic care from the Service centre with honest and reliable quotations, quality work and terrific customer service and easy process.
Brought a vehicle from salesperson at dealer. A day later tried contacting the same salesperson to ask a few questions regarding my purchase and haven’t heard anything back. Tried a month later and still nothing. Tried contacting dealership and nothing. Funny how they were very helpful to make a sale but when it comes to “ customer service” you just get “ghosted”. Very unprofessional ,very poor. Just disappointed.

Having purchased car from Suttons, receiving not great quality of service from Suttons, I wasn't expecting anything outstanding from McCarrolls, however Giuseppe has been outstanding, dealing with my timing requirements and constant changes to schedules. Professional, friendly and with a smile. I'm very thankful!!!
