I have had the most horrible experience with McCarroll’s sales team to the point that I initiated a charge back on my deposit through my bank! But hands down their service department has been absolutely fantastic. I have serviced my wife’s Fiat 500e twice here already and every time the service was second to none. Very lovely staff and excellent attention to details. Special thanks to Cassidy for being absolutely fantastic.

Worst service center Been coming here last 8years High rate of Changing in management and staff members lack of communications nothing gets followed up as promised you always have to chase up yourself for numerous times Good luck

I had a very disappointing experience with the service of my Jeep. Last wednesday 14 May i dropped the car off for a regular service and it was all going to plan. I received a text and an email with work to be authorised, which i did. Once of those was a replacement of the rear wiper blade. In the afternoon, i received a call to say that when they changed the wiper and decided to test it, the front wipers went on and did not turn off. Amazing customer service - especially by Cassidy. My car was taken to McCarroll’s Service Centre for a warranty issue. Unfortunately I was off the road for an extended period of time, as I waiting on parts from overseas. Cassidy went above and beyond to ensure I had a loan car as I was more than 3 hours away. She also kept me up to date regularly on the progress of my cars repair works. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.
