Having purchased car from Suttons, receiving not great quality of service from Suttons, I wasn't expecting anything outstanding from McCarrolls, however Giuseppe has been outstanding, dealing with my timing requirements and constant changes to schedules. Professional, friendly and with a smile. I'm very thankful!!!
I have had the most horrible experience with McCarroll’s sales team to the point that I initiated a charge back on my deposit through my bank! But hands down their service department has been absolutely fantastic. I have serviced my wife’s Fiat 500e twice here already and every time the service was second to none. Very lovely staff and excellent attention to details. Special thanks to Cassidy for being absolutely fantastic.
Worst service center Been coming here last 8years High rate of Changing in management and staff members lack of communications nothing gets followed up as promised you always have to chase up yourself for numerous times Good luck
