Rang to get a value for selling my car, they called back with a list of excuses why it was going to be hard to sell then lowballed me less half the value by comparing it to a car on carsales that was way way waaaay lower spec, a complete apples and oranges comparison. When I tried to point out the difference I was spoken over with an arrogant and condescending assertion that I was "emotionally attached to the car" and, when I told them I had an offer I was told "If you want my advice, take the offer."
