Quick and easy book in and as i was writing for it it was done in a timely manner
I was really disappointed with my recent service. For the price I paid, I expected attention to detail and basic care. Instead, I walked out to find a dirty oil handprint on one of my doors — something that I feel should never happen at a professional workshop. The service itself might have been fine, but it made me wonder how much care was actually taken with my vehicle. The lack of care in how my car was returned left a bad impression. Not the standard I was hoping for.
I always receive exceptional service and support from Maccarolls RAM. The team are always helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to providing great customer service. Russell and Kirra are always outstanding and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Absolutely pleasure going there the service staff are awesome
