Would not recommend owning a ram, the truck is great but the warrenty support is terrible i have had an on going issue with misfires where it has been in for a week and got it back and is happening again just a week and basically told i shouldnt drive the car but they cant even look at it for a week and wont do anything to get me a car to use in the mean time and if the car gets worse its my fault and on me. Ram customer support also hasnt done anything to help the situation
Great experience. They were very busy so offered to drive me somewhere while my car was serviced. Instead I decided to sit in the waiting room. I connected to their free wifi and cracked on with my work using my laptop. When my service was done they explained everything to me- no hidden extras, no extortionate costs. Then I find they've washed my car, that was covered in mud! You don't get service like this very often 10/10!!!!
Let's be honest, sometimes the service given from car dealerships doesn't alway match the flashy fitout...however this isn't the case for McCarrolls spare parts dept! Jason is a legend (..thanks for your help today!). Easy going, pleasant, professional & it seemed nothing too much trouble. An asset to the team there
It's a big YES for me as usual, fantastic service from the time I arrived until the time I left. Drove in at 7.15 am and was attended to straight away, Loan car was waiting at the gate for me full of petrol. I picked up my car the next morning as arranged and the same thing, my car was parked in the driveway ready for me to drive away. The only thing that they didn't do was pay for the service. A special thank you to Kirra at reception for her professional and friendly service, she is a gem, Thanks again Kirra
