I had a really positive experience from start to finish. Andrew was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my choice, without any pressure. Goldie, the Business Manager was just as helpful, and efficient in explaining everything and getting the paperwork sorted. Aftersale service is non existing at Artarmon Geely. Done ceramic coating and tinitng through them but didn't receive a single piece of paper as whats been done and what's covered under warranty. Sent multiple emails to follow up but no help from the sales person Andrew or Kayla. Only response was 'we have emailed them to send you the papers'. But even after 6 weeks nothing. If you want peace of mind with your new car then buy from other delaers, don't bother going there as after sale you will be ignored.
Extremely disappointed with the service from Geely Artarmon. I collected my new car on 21/3 and was promised that the EV charger and carpets would be delivered to my doorstep. After bringing the car home, I discovered a defect on the window near the passenger seat. I was asked to return for inspection and to collect the carpets. Two weeks later, I attended, waited, and the issue was checked in under a minute before being dismissed as a tint scratch. Quite disappointed with the experience. Booked a test drive a week in advance, arrived and was told it would be a 20min wait. 45 minutes later still waiting, fairly sure we saw customers that arrived after us getting test drives before us. You have to wonder on what basis they make you wait, if they clearly don’t prioritise you based on bookings or time of entry. When we eventually got our test drive, it was not for the model of car we had booked which was the EX5 extended range, but instead was a standard EX5.
