Friendly, easy and Jeep is running beautifully. Thank you.
Service and part exchange fixed my problem. Very happy about that. Service took longer than expected and extra diagnosis after service potentially could have cost me another $2000. Water was turned off so no car wash available. Pleasant to deal with .
Rang to get a value for selling my car, they called back with a list of excuses why it was going to be hard to sell then lowballed me less half the value by comparing it to a car on carsales that was way way waaaay lower spec, a complete apples and oranges comparison. When I tried to point out the difference I was spoken over with an arrogant and condescending assertion that I was "emotionally attached to the car" and, when I told them I had an offer I was told "If you want my advice, take the offer." 👍🏼 Excellent and honest service. Courteous staff. Clean premises. Lounge room with TV. Coffee machine. Free Wi-Fi. Mobile phone charging outlets. Rest room facility. Only one setback, it took quite a long time to get the spare part. But that is not their fault, it is on Jeep's end (Melbourne). I've been there several times for different issues with our cars, and I only have goods things to say about the outcomes, so far so good. I do recommend McCarrolls Jeep Newcastle (Broadmeadow)
