👍🏼 Excellent and honest service. Courteous staff. Clean premises. Lounge room with TV. Coffee machine. Free Wi-Fi. Mobile phone charging outlets. Rest room facility. Only one setback, it took quite a long time to get the spare part. But that is not their fault, it is on Jeep's end (Melbourne). I've been there several times for different issues with our cars, and I only have goods things to say about the outcomes, so far so good. I do recommend McCarrolls Jeep Newcastle (Broadmeadow)
