Car was booked in for a full service. We left at 7am and We dropped it off before 8:30, as when booking the said first in best dressed. We were told it was going to be finished at 2pm. We advised that we needed to get home before dusk. We received a text after dropping it off that we would receive updates about the service through the day. Just after 2pm we rang as we had not heard anything and was told it would be ready at 3:30pm. Which was 8hrs later with no comment on why it was taking so long. Disappointed with service for my Ford's first 2,000 km check. Booking was delayed by 5 weeks despite timely contact. Was then charged a labor fee since mileage reached nearly 4,000 km, which would have been complimentary if serviced on time. This seems unfair and reflects poor service scheduling. Unsatisfied with the experience.
