First and only time, I will ever use this Notary. Rude, unprofessional and incompetent. After my experience, I see why this business has a low rating with so many negative reviews.
These people are definitely not the sharpest tools in ye ol shed. Went in to return plates amd registration and also had a letter from penndot. Couldnt help me at all and wanted to charge $25 a plate and then tells me i need to call penndot this and that. Dont waste your time... go to Joe Fidas instead. Walked in and walked out with a smile on my face in 45 seconds. Dont go to McCarrells.
the old lady that works there is horrible. she shouldnt have a notary license, she doeant understand penndot documents. everytime i get a mv41 (vin verification) from them its always marked foe things that dont need filled out. ive been a inspection mechanic and also a notary, she will still give them a hard time about what needs filled out and what doesnt. a vin verification is different than a vin correction. just retire lady
Rude. Waited for 5 mins in her lobby for my other party to get there to sign and when we all got there we were asked “are you ready yet??!!?” In the meanest tone. She couldn’t notarize a lease agreement for me because there “is no where for me to notarize “ meaning no lines I guess? Told here there is usually just a stamp and she proceeded to tell me it is different in PA. Wrong! Save yourself the time and energy and go to Stimpson & Wright Republic Notary down the street on Jefferson. Soooo much better!
Front desk person with glasses helpless at all, rude and unprofessional. Never gonna come back
