First I want to say that the young man who came to my rescue was very nice. He knew his job and was very fast. I work in Platteville and live in lancaster. My insurance company contacted McCann's for me and being from Dubuque I thought I was going to have to wait at least an hour if not more. NOPE not at all. HE was there in 30 minutes.
