You expect certain things from certain people/kinds of people. I expect my Dr to have my back; to do what’s ‘Right’. It was a simple matter; they messed up; didn’t offer to cover the mistake - all I would’ve ‘expected’ - & simply gave me a very lame Sorry. I’ve had my own business; it’s tough, but if you don’t at least do the basics - do what’s reasonably right by your clients - they go elsewhere. Dr. McCann has the final say; it’s her practice.
