Troy is the guy! He made a couple of visits, conducted thorough inspections, and never gave up on our HVAC problems. He managed to resolve them efficiently and effectively. Mccann Inc offers 24/7 service with outstanding and professional staff. If it was possible, I'd rate them with 6 stars!

Our crew, led by Troy, was highly professional. They outlined the whole process and what we should anticipate during our AC repair service. Once the job was completed, they diligently walked us through the before and after, ensuring that all our queries were satisfactorily addressed. Mccann Inc. did an exceptional job and made sure to tidy up before they departed.

The technicians that arrived out were nice and respectful. They were able to make in the time they had said they would be here in. Also I thought that the price they had given me was a fair price. great service and good value. Will be recommending them to anyone that needs heating and air technicians.

excellent experience! I normally don't like fix people coming over when my husband isn't home. The fix man they sent, Jarrett, was nice and professional! He did a thorough check of our whole a/c unit. He was patient with my curious toddlers and gave them some flashlights and Mariah dogs! 10/10 would recommend.

repairman was prompted on time. Always maintain cleanliness with the home. Through and honest as they did not try to sell anything that was not needed. repairman had open conversations about future maintenance to help longevity of the equipment. Would recommend.
