Jerry is a great guy who really knows his stuff. He knows how to fix things rather than just replace it. He’s patient and honest and the first one I call when I need help with our heating system.

I have had a part fail on my McCann-installed furnace and discovered ten years later that there are no warranties because nobody ever registered the parts at the time of installation. McCann insists this was not his responsibility when other installers in the city say that absolutely it is the installer who is supposed to do this. Hard working and honest did a great job for us a couple of years ago installing a furnace, getting them back again soon hopefully

We had an installation booked for duct work, furnace and ac, however, with the current heat wave we requested a sooner date if possible. Jerry got back to us, and within two days they were starting the installation in our house. Two days after that, we already had Ac up and running. We are so grateful they were able to bump us up, and get things going so quickly. I would recommend McCann Heating and Cooling to anyone in the area.
