He was courteous, friendly, and understanding over the phone, as I was unable to be there during his visit to our North Salt Lake home. Oliver and Clayton exceeded expectations, putting in extra hours to finish the job on the same day. They also made sure to clean up after themselves. I had scheduled an appointment with an air duct cleaning company for 4PM, but they were forward-thinking and tried to shift it to 2PM! However, when I expressed that the new time wouldn't suit me, they were accommodating enough to maintain the original 4PM slot!
