I sought care on 5/28/23. What an unbelievably different experience with different staff!! Rude and downright mean!! I asked the doctor “how quickly do swab results for flu come back?” he responded with “however long it takes when I have 22 patients that need to be seen’”? Who in healthcare responds to a patient like that?! Of course…I’m here because I’m sick…I told him I didn’t care how many patients he has on his caseload, I was just asking how long this particular test result typically takes !!!!
