This is the second property we've sold with Jack. He was knowledgeable from the start, advised us on which fixes the property needed, and showed us how to present it and its value in the current market. We were very pleased with his service and would use him again without hesitation.
I've worked with Jack McCann and his clients for over 6 years now. Jack has always been extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hard-working. He consistently puts his clients first and approaches every transaction with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
I have been working with Jack for over 12 years now since the start of his Real estate career. He is driven, on top of his business and an expert in his area of Commercial Real Estate in Long Beach and the surrounding South Bay area. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying Multi-family buildings & Commercial Real Estate as well as those looking to sell. We have worked on incredibly challenging deals and he has always handled it with grace and professionalism.
Recently closed a deal with Jack and the Lyon Stahl team where I represented the buyers. Through the entire process his communication was thorough, and outstanding. He provided me with updates on every step along the way and answered every question my team had. We closed the deal on time with no setbacks because of clear communication from Jack and his team. I hope to do more transactions with him in the near future because of how smooth and efficient the entire process was. Thanks Jack!
Jack helped us sell our home and was a fantastic real estate agent. I can't say enough good things about him. Excellent service, helpful, friendly, kind, professional and answered all my questions. Thank you Jack for all your help.
