I can honestly say that I've never had to deal with a more unprofessional company and individual in my life. I had a tool that was still under warranty, barely, but still covered. When I dropped it off, I made sure to tell them that it needed to ship immediately or the warranty would not be honored. After a month, I called to ask where my tool was, because I was told that it would only take about two weeks. When I called, I was told my tool was in, and ready to be picked up.
