I did a lot of research and chose this clinic to treat my wife’s severe shoulder pain. Despite having a scheduled appointment, we were left waiting for almost a half an hour but no one bothered to inform us of any update. When the therapist finally appeared, he simply said, 'I'll be right back, OK?' and walked past us without a single apology for the delay. I love Nasan and the McCallum team so much. I started going a few years back when I was struggling with parts of my fitness journey. I couldn’t do various workouts properly, and once I saw Nasan I realized I didn’t have proper access to certain parts of my body.
