Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with McCall's Pumpkin Patch has been extremely disappointing. I was fortunate enough to win admission tickets through a local radio station promotion. Unfortunately, I was unable to use them before the end of the season, so I reached out to McCall's to discuss my options. Horrible customer service!! They were very hard to contact and once I got a hold of them they were extremely rude and combative. It’s clear they only care about money. Screw them!
We have been going here for years, such a great place to spend all day with the family. They update it every year with new things to do, that way it's not the exact same every time. We have made it a yearly tradition.
