Drove all the way from Toronto. My membership was expired and didn’t want to renew because I have not been using the membership as much as I used to. I told her I would pay full price and have done it before (which I have) and she told me to make an online order. While I had the stuff right in front of her, like any proper customer service rep, they would have made that exception. I am regular shopper at mccalls. I buy my all cake dummies and most ingredients from them but come on PROVIDE BAGS (even charged) so we can transport our stuff. Instead cashier asked me to use those tiny boxes they put aside. Was she serious? My dummies are bigger than those tiny boxes..
