I’ve been calling the warehouse for months now asking for merckens white chocolate candy melts. They always say “we are out of stock”. As a baker and the high demand of wedding desert tables it’s really important I have the white chocolate and it’s frustrating I can’t get any business because they never restocked. If someone can help me know where I can get merckens white chocolate candy melts so I can go back into business, I checked bulk barn and they sell off white. Thank you.

Absolutely the worst service experience. I live quite far, so I placed my order a day in advance and even called ahead—more than two hours before—to ask if I could pick it up since I happened to be nearby. They confirmed the item was in stock and everything was fine, but told me I had to wait for the invoice. So I didn’t pick it up. And guess what? I got the invoice after I got home. Seriously? I could’ve just picked it up when I was already there. So frustrating and such a waste of time.
They conveniently have a great selection of products, but their customer service is not a strong point, everyone always seems to miserable and has been like that since I started shopping here 8+ years ago. I have been finding better pricing for a majority of products elsewhere that are happy to help when needed. Also the change of hours have really made me start looking elsewhere. Saturday's are busy days for bakers.
