Out stay in McCall was great. The house had a bathroom in almost every bedroom, a great cooking/dining/living area all in one, and the largest couch any of us had seen. We cooked most of our breakfasts and dinners while skiing Brundage and Tamarack. Conveniently located in town. We all loved it.
Booked the Chateau for 2 nights, and it was very nice and clean. No issues with the company. Responds to email in a timely manner.
We had an amazing time and will be back. Easy check in and the rental was more than we could have asked for. Everything was clean, comfortable and felt like a home away from home. We will be booking an annual trip here because we loved it so much. Thank you!
We 15 adult siblings/spouses found this wonderful for a reunion. It is Within walking distance of shopping and the beach; has beautiful decor, very comfortable, clean and we loved having access to so many toilets and showers! We enjoyed having two refrigerators and a big sink for washing dishes. The layout is open and with the huge wraparound couch we were able to have plenty of seating for family meetings. However, we did find it hard to communicate with the rental agency and get them to return our calls.
I never leave reviews but don’t use this company. Avoid at all costs. They never get back to emails or calls, even when you try multiple times and mark messages as urgent, they never return calls. I have a water heater leak on my property they manage and it’s been 10 days and I still can’t get a call back with multiple failed attempts. When I had a renter that was destroying property/neighbors were complaining about they took 4 days to get on the phone with me and just said “sorry”. Didn’t make things right at all.
