Derek agreed to buy my mother’s Jeep back. He quoted me a price for the vehicle then never returned my phone calls. I called daily for almost two weeks with no response. Very unprofessional.
The service department at McCall Motors is top notch. Service advisors Rob and Tom always go above and beyond to ensure that as much of our repair as possible is covered by our warranty so that we are paying as little as possible out of pocket. Even when they may not be able to replicate our compliant, they always ensure us that they believe us and they will be happy to help us when the complaint is reproducible. I bought a 2022 RAM 2500 from McCall's in October 2022. Extremely pleased with the truck. Brent treated me like a neighbor even though we are in upstate NY. He shipped the custom floor mats at his expense because the shipping company was there before the mats got in. We had side steps put on and the work is excellent. Everyone there was very good about answering our many questions and we highly recommend McCall Motors to anyone shopping for a RAM no matter where you live.

I’ve been looking for someone to program key fobs for an older RAM and haven’t been having any luck. Talked to Rob in service and stopped up to have him see if they could. They got them programmed quickly and efficiently and Rob helped out graciously. Would absolutely recommend for anyone with any servicing needs for CDJR vehicles. Thanks again.
